Shipping and Processing

Please allow 1-5 business days to process your order before being shipped. Also, please allow 1-7 business days for the tracking information to show up on the carrier’s website. Once a shipping carrier receives the package, we are not responsible for the shipping time.

All of our products come with a shipping number which you are given the option to get updates with your phone number or email. Our shipping carriers are USPS and UPS. Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping on international orders. 

If your package is stolen or lost during the transportation to your house, it is not our responsibility. If there is an error with the address you provided and the package is returned to us, you have to pay the shipping fee for another shipping invoice.
