Refund policy

Cancelling your order:

Please contact us within 48 hours of ordering if you would like to cancel your order. Once your order has been shipped, we will not be able to offer a refund/return. Your refund will be excluding the original shipping cost. 

Refund/Return:

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges at the moment due to hygienic reasons. However, if your item tarnishes/breaks within 14 days of receiving it, send a picture to shopfireflyjewels@gmail.com, and we will offer you a full refund (excluding original shipping cost) and send you a complimentary item.
